The director Joshua Caldwell and crew brought a weak modern teen version of Bonnie and Clyde. The movie was not perfect it had so many flaws and yet it was entertaining. I liked that every crime they made was posted on social media such a great concept of fame because it was targeting real-life pressure on why some use social media. It is obvious why followers like that sort of thing but I loved how they single out a fan explanation for rooting for them by letting us know how life treats us unfairly. I get why the female lead character did it but along the way, it loses meaning. By having her not only seeking fame, but also a believer of what the universe is asking of her it puts a mark on how underdeveloped her character was especially how forcefully it felt when she brought the subject. The ending missed the whole point of the movie it took it literally instead of having something significant.
The composer Bill Brown made incredible music which sets the thriller, it really took me by surprise particularly for this kind of film. Also, the choices of songs were amazing, go well with this storyline.
The main actors, Bella Thorne and Jake Manley performed wonderfully even though sometimes Bella Thorne was all over the place it wasn't her fault due to her character not being structured. There was another female actor Amber Riley which also was great and I felt she was missing one last appearance. I thought there was going to be a fun interview after what happened to her but it never came, another miss for the movie.
